LockLeaks may operate within an affiliated service network for administrative and operational support. No confidential client materials are publicly disclosed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Nature of Services

LockLeaks provides online content protection and digital rights assistance services, including support for reporting, monitoring, and enforcement workflows. The Service is designed to help rights holders address unauthorized distribution of protected material. Outcomes depend on third-party platforms and service providers; therefore, specific results (including full removal) cannot be guaranteed.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, including proof of rights or authorization where required. You represent that you own the rights to the content you submit for enforcement, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

Fees are billed in advance as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Unless required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect the Service, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, text, graphics, branding, and materials, is owned by AD BOOST S.R.L and/or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
